• The only serious problem is that Microsoft automatically "protects" downloads by blocking its contents. Instead of informing the user about this, a very wrong message is displayed, when the user opens the downloaded help file (RedHelp.chm). To avoid this you should right-click the zip file and click the unblock button or use an unblocking program to do so.

  • On some computers you will see instead of  for images of which the transparent color is black. Instead of being transparent, all black pixels are shown as white... I don't know whether this is a bug in the graphical card, driver, or Windows versions. I should like to know if this problem occurs frequently, so if you have this or a similar problem, or if you know what can cause this error, please let me know.
  • This problem should not occur with the current version anymore.

  • Wrong colors of cat or other animals, or background shows through animals. Your system probably uses 16-bits colors instead of 24-bits (=true color). The program is not designed for this mode, but usually the problems are very small. Change to 24-bits mode if your graphical card allows it!

  • Sometimes a residue of the mouse pointer remains temporarily visible. This can be a matter of timing, so it is difficult to solve. It usually doesn't do any harm.
